I called Indoor Air Specialties to repair my nearly 60 year old furnace. When the technician arrived, after a fairly quick inspection, I was told that the parts to repair my furnace were not available. His solution was to have an appointment setup with a salesman to quote me for a new furnace. I was charged $35 for the service call and after trying to up sell me on a new furnace, they left. I called Comfy Heating & AC who were able to come out the very next day. And after less than 1 hour, he was able to repair my furnace with parts he had available on his truck. They were efficient and very professional

We had an appointment to come out and check on our A/c unit in a few days. It is now a few days and no show ... I called and the person there said - oh your appt was cancelled last night - we left a message - there is no message and our house is really hot and this has been 2 hot nights now. This is terrible service - they just said that the service man is out today - and the unit was deemed too new at 5 years old. Well it is probably more like 7 years old and i told her that and they still will not come out. Wow - on the hotest days of the year and they just no show it! Really bad !!!!!

I have used Indoor Air Specialties two times in the past 10 years. They initially installed my Heater. I had a great experience then. I also had a repair last year with JC who was great as well. Last month my A/C stopped working and I called ABC. They were able to get a technician out quickly. Eli informed me that the blower of my unit went out. Luckily it was under warranty for a couple more months, but he said the labor was not under warranty. He quoted me that it would be a 2-4 hr job and the cost would be $997.00. I was shocked by the labor cost. $250.00 an hr if it was 4 hrs, or if it was

We had to have our microwave vent updated to accommodate a new above stove microwave. We also needed the microwave installed. We were expecting someone to come and look to see if they could do it and within a few minutes the team came in and began the work. It was like a well oiled machine. And within a hour the vent was updated and the microwave was installed and working. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and professionalism. We would definitely reccomend using this company to anyone. And we will keep them on our list for future need.

THEY ARE NOT HONEST! They starting saying that will be charged $29 dollars for coming over, at arrival disclosure that, there is $79 dollars more for just look at the unit. I did not agree, obviously, and the tech told me. "Most of the customers cancel the visit when they disclosure the extra charge ($79)" I WILL NEVER EVER CALL TE COMPANY AGAIN, THEY ARE NOT HONEST WHEN YOU SCHEDULE A CALL AND THEY NOT LET YOU KNOW EVERY CHARGE FROM THE START. As far as I was reading, they play that game with every customer. I Should have read the reviews before
