Danley Restoration was born in 2016 when Rachel Danley founded her own local, family-owned contracting and restoration company in San Antonio, Rachel's Restoration LLC (dba Danley Restoration). Rachel worked with a local roofing company for several years prior to founding Danley Restoration. While helping customers throughout the process of their roof replacement, Rachel experienced the joy and personal reward of serving countless homeowners.
Hail storms can happen anywhere, and in some cases, they leave behind some serious damage. The wind direction and severity as well as the size and density of the hailstones impact the degree of damage inflicted. It's also important to keep in mind that different types of building materials are impacted differently.

Danley restoration removed two layers of roofing for me and installed a new standing seam metal roof. I was very happy with everything. Rachel was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions; and I had a lot of questions. The roofing guys were all very nice and professional. They left my yard free of debris.

Danley Restoration did an excellent job of educating us and negotiating with our insurance company when we needed to replace two badly hail damaged roofs. The work was so well done and Rachel's crew was so professional and nice that our neighbors noticed. Rachel was a great estimator. She showed up on time and gave me a straight forward estimate. She helped me determine the best course of action for my roof and how to approach my insurance company. She helped with the whole process and handled my insurance company for me. They only wanted to repair and she made sure they covered my whole roof replacement that was warranted. I would highly recommend using Rachel and her company. Professional knowledge and great customer service.

Danley Restoration is amazing....we had been dealing with another contractor regarding repairs to our home needed after the massive hail storm in April 2016, and things were just going way too slow (NOT specifically the other contractors fault, they were just overwhelmed with all of the repairs needed by everyone else that suffered damage from the storm) so, my husband and I and the other contractor agreed to have the remaining work be turned over to Danley Restoration. Rachel Cloud met with my husband and I, reviewed all the work that needed to be completed, and within just a matter of a few days

Danley Restoration replaced the roof on our Casita. Rachel, the owner, came out, gave a fair estimate and was able to come out and do the work a few days later. The crew was fast and professional. We are so happy with our new roof. I have recommended Danley Restoration to my nieghbors and they are also happy with them.
