I was having humidity issues and they came same day and stayed till they figured out whoever had installed my air conditioning didn't hook everything up right. They fixed it and within the hour the humidity problem was resolved! Such great work! Also they were super friendly! Great work!

Grant Air Conditioning does a great job delivering on their promise. When my A/C went out Grant quickly responded to my service request and came out quicker than I anticipated. Grant's service technician was professional and had great communication skills explaining the problem in terms I could understand. I got great service at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was told by a different AC repair company originally to replace the whole AC unit because they think the issue was the compressor broke down ( this company has the highest google review ratings in DFW area). They suggested me to replace the whole unit so i can get the full warranty, because it is not worth it to fix the compressor, which will cost me almost 8K. I wanted to get a second opinion so I reached out to Grant Team for help. They are very professional, they came by and identified the real cause and fixed it within one hour. I highly recommend their service. Honest and reliable!

Of all the companies I've worked with since owning my own home, I have frequently been disappointed, as I am an admittedly difficult customer. Grant HVAC was AMAZING!! They are far superior to any other service provider I have run across. They installed a system for me that is exactly what I needed! I would recommend them to anyone. The work was done on time, correctly, and the pricing was very reasonable. I am blown away by this company's professionalism and attention to detail.

Jason came to the appointment this morning not wearing a mask. I asked if he had one and he said it was in the truck. I asked if he would get it and it seemed to really irritate him. My mother is elderly and immunocompromised. Apparently he's used to going from customer to customer all day not wearing a mask. He came back with an attitude and was extremely condescending to my mother (it's her home), impatiently talking down to her like she was stupid. I bit my tongue to keep from telling him off so as not to upset her. It should be noted that she has used Grant for YEARS for twice

I was pleased when I called for Heating service, and was told a Tech could come first thing in the morning. I was not pleased as I watched the Tech sit in his truck for 10 minutes before coming to my door. He was friendly and polite, but would I be charged for this waste of time in his truck? Yes, I was. The issue (a loose wire) was simple to repair, but I was charged for an hour of service ($134). Tech wanted to go back to my attic to write down the serial number of the unit, which I already had, and I discouraged because I did not want to be charged even more time. A repair that should

This is such a reliable company, and they know what they're doing. Jason showed up exactly on time today, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without drama. He looked at our other units to proactively identify potential issues and make recommendations. Their pricing is competitive, staff is nice, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Grant.
