Critical: Responsiveness
I had a guy from Southway Fence come to my house for a quote to replace my existing backyard fence. He said he would send me an email with a quote. 3 weeks later no quote. I called his cell to let him know I hadn't received it yet. No call back and still no quote. Still looking for someone that is professional.

The project was well planned out prior to installation. We have considerable plantings that had to be taken into consideration and the installers did a great job in working around them and not damaging any of our bushes or plants. I found working with Southway to be a very favorable experience from estimate to installation it was a painless experience. This is the second fence they have installed for us and their competency and consideration is totally professional.

Southway was great to work with. The Project Manager was very timely on his responses to all of my questions which relieved a lot of my anxiety. The guys were great, they took good care of the material and made sure everything looked good before they left.

From the first meeting for the estimate through installation, working with Southway Fence was a breeze. They were always punctual and professional. The installers were also very sweet to a nosey 4 year old and 7 year old pup who was so happy to be off leash for the first time in forever. I highly recommend them!
