Excellent customer service! We had Gutter Man install our gutters a few years ago, and Nate STILL reaches out every year to see if we need anything fixed, updated, etc., which is so very appreciated. Just this week he reached out (again!) and we did have one spot that needed a minor repair. His crew came out today and fixed it for no charge. Amazing! Their first appointment on Nov 18 was a no show. No call, just didn't show. I called and made another appointment, two weeks down the road, this time they showed. Late but showed. Horrifically rude tone from the owner Nate at first hello, which only got worse as he looked at this "complicated" gutter job which involved a single 30 foot straight piece of cheap 5" gutter. Then out of the blue he gets irate and quotes $1500 (on a $200 job). The only thing to assume is that the owner has gone off the deep end and it's advisable to avoid this company. We had a great experience with Gutter Man of WNC. They gave us a free estimate and answered all of our questions, and then they worked us into the schedule in a timely manner. Nathaniel and Patrick arrived on time, worked efficiently, and installed some beautiful new gutters on our house. We've had several rains since then, and I am so thankful that we made this investment! Gutterman replaced the gutters along the entire front of our house and installed screening there and on the existing gutters on the side of the house. This was among the very best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. Because of some earlier settlement of the house this was not a straightforward piece of work and they came back repeatedly until it was done right and did so in a very timely fashion.

They installed 6 inch gutters and gutter guards, to replace old worn out and undersized gutters. They took the time before the project even started to make sure there was a clear scope of the project and an estimate that accurately reflected the work to be done. They said it would be about two weeks before they could get to the job and it would take a day. They started a few days short of two weeks and it took a day just like they said. That was also adding in additional and unexpected work.

We needed a new Gutter System at or home, We made many calls in our area one company answered the phone. Gutterman ! They came out the next morning gave us a quote right there on the spot. We got on their schedule which was two weeks out, three days later they called and had a cancellation and asked to come out the next day. We had a great experience with Nate and his team at Gutter Man. Nate came out the next day and gave us a quote on fixing some gutters and cleaning out the back gutter. I was able to schedule them coming out about a week and a half later and they were here on time as promised and did a great job. I jokingly said this is how we tip our installers right now and gave them each a roll of toilet paper during the COVID-19 crisis. Everyone on the team was very nice, professional and courteous.

I called over a month ago and left a message inquiring about a gutter repair estimate. I never heard from them, so I called a few weeks later and left a second message. Once again, not a word from them. So, they are either too busy to return calls, or they have very poor communication standards. Either way, I'll be looking elsewhere.

In July 2017 the Gutter Man crew came to remove our existing gutters for our new roof to be done. Nate, the owner of Gutter Man, LLC was very accommodating to schedule removal due to multiple set backs with roofers. Communication is very important to Nate. He really respects the customers time. We were always notified prior to the job date and with any changes due to schedule delays or weather conditions. The crew were friendly and courteous and excellent about keeping the gate closed for our dogs. Yard was neat and clean when job was completed. I highly recommend Gutter Man for gutter needs.

Great service, fast and prompt installation. When I called, Nate came to my house and gave me a free estimate the very next day. They have very reasonable prices and he also had some suggestions that saved us money. When I scheduled the installation, they were there on time, did quality work, and cleaned everything up like it was before. Gutters aren't always something we think about, but having them installed correctly will make a world of difference when it comes to your home value.
