I wish they were more transparent about what their quote included and what their service included. We accepted a quote from them that included quartz counter, hookup for sink and dishwasher and backsplash. But on the day of template we were told that the quote was for granite and then we were told that the slab was not available and we have to pay more for a different slab (we were told that the higher cost was due to the larger size of slab). After the installation we found that they don't do any plumbing work and also didn't install our dish washer. The back splash was also not possible because

Cannot say enough about what a great experience we had working with EGC. From start to finish it was a smooth process. We were constantly being updated on the status of our granite installation.
