Statewide was excellent. Gave me a quote on my fixtures and ultimately installed everything perfectly. It has been a year and there are no leaks or issue with the materials. The installation of both toilets/faucets was quick and efficient. Statewide brought everything needed for installation after looking at the jobsite. Great work.

Terrible company totally price gouging don't use this company ..they gave me a price of 10,000 for a boiler..I had another company do it for 5,000 they RIP people off like most of the rest of the company's

Carlos and Ozzie showed up on time. They did not complain about the overhead heater. They helped me with the giant ladder that I couldn't maneuver very easily. When it came to the heater it took some persistent troubleshooting but they managed to work it out and got it running.
I'm happy to say I'm another satisfied customer and I highly recommend Statewide Plumbing and Heating.

Got home from work and my heater wasn't working. Just so happened to be a night where it was twenty degrees out and my kid's rooms were freezing and they were already complaining. So I called Statewide and they sent someone out immediately. The repairman was cordial and got my heater working quickly. The bill was reasonable. Highly Recommended.

We have used Statewide Plumbing and Heating for a dishwasher installation, repair of a kitchen pipe, water main valve replacement, and furnace cleaning. Everyone, from the owners to the front office staff to the plumbers, have been extremely polite, friendly, and professional. We could not be more satisfied with the service that we have received and the quality of their work. We highly recommend them for all of your plumbing and heating needs. I had to replace my water heater and a pipe was leaking. They showed up when they said they will. I was talking to my friend and she stated 2 weeks before she had to replace her water heater and fix a rusted pipe. They charged me $600 dollars more than my friend paid for the same job stay away from these crooks

A totally rip off company. Came for my steam boiler inspection. Extremely unprofessional and finding something new to repair every few minutes . Left the boiler not working in the end when I refused to pay for further repairs, in way worse condition than when he came in.

I called Statewide to service my heating unit that was giving me trouble. When the two men showed up they went out side, spent three minutes looking at it and told me I had to shut down my heating unit as there was a potential carbon monoxide leak. No explanation as to what the problem was or could it be repaired in the meantime. I proceeded to ask for a quote to install a new unit as they have done work at my condo complex for several other residents so I assumed they were fair. They quoted me $6800 for a new hvac unit! I laughed at them both and asked them if they were serious. They actually

Rip off company they changed two half inch valves, it took about 20 minutes they charged me 380,. dollars one valved ended up leaking had to have someone else repair

This company should be investigated and shut down. If the 3 stooges showed up, i know i would get a more logical and honest approach to my appliance and plumbing problems. From the ludicrous advise to our problem to the fact he didn't want to touch our appliance because he didn't "want to break it".??? what, why are you here?. Again, they should be investigated and shut down and I personally am sending a letter to Better Business Bureau.

I'm very unhappy with my experience with statewide. I had a toilet leaking through the ceiling and after going through my basement was up
-sold some additional preventive work. I was given a "worst case" scenario price for everything depending on what he found after removing the toilet, which was clearly the number 1 priority as it was leaking. He did the "extra" stuff first even though that was not the plan. Turns out a whole chunk of work did not need to be done which should have been a huge savings, but guess what, was still charged for "worst case" price

Good start but bad ending. The plumber from Statewide that came to service my house was MARC. Seems like he is the typical business guy that once gets your money he doesn't do followups or finish the job how he says he was going to. I would not recommend him or Statewide plumbing.
