Without this, moving day may be slowed down drastically, which could increase stress and cost you more money. Check your homeowners or renters insurance policy to ensure proper coverage during the move. Before disconnecting electronics, label each cord (input in, video out, etc.) so you will know how to reconnect them.
Yes, you need to be present on moving day. If you cannot be there, you can elect to have another responsible adult to be there. The movers will need to have paperwork signed at the beginning and at the end of the move. You will need to guide the movers and be available for any questions during the moving process.

This was our second time using this company. Both times we had Q and Eddie out to help move. Both very professional, polite and hard workers. Also spoke with Carol to arrange both moves and she was great as well. Would highly recommend this company to any one moving commercial or residential.

The one star is because the employees were pleasant otherwise it would have been a zero. This was a nightmare situation. Huge disconnect between main office and employees which turned out to be a major problem. The owner could not have cared less about the team not being prepared, the lack of experience of employees and the subsequent damage of many of my pieces and interior walls of new house. Some how this is our fault because as we were told, they didn’t want to do the job. They booker said they would take proper precautions but they did not. They claimed this was due to us not being ready

My move did not go as expected. When they showed up and looked at what I had they told me it would be two loads and they couldn't do it all that day. I had many issues, from a broken 50 inch screen TV, very slow service, the crew took many breaks, helped themselves to my bottled water without asking, things ended up in the wrong places, small items were thrown on the floor in the old place. It took the crew more than 45 minutes to get to the new house when it which should have taken only 20 minutes. I called and left several messages with management and have not received any response. Any damages

Five Pointe Moving did a super job moving us to our new home. The office reps had great communication. The guy that estimated our move was very thorough and gave me some good suggestions on how to save on money. The 3 movers worked so well together. All of my furniture was wrapped and protected. Everything arrived intact. I couldn't decide how to arrange my living room and they rearranged my furniture a few times for me until I was satisfied. I will use them again on my next move and highly recommend this company.

Our entire experience moving my mom into a senior community was as stress free as it could get. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the 3 movers were the best in the business. They were total professionals, kind and considerate. The floors were covered, the bannisters were padded, the truck was clean. Plus, they worked non-stop at a very fast pace, and packed/unpacked whatever we wanted. Eddie especially was very passionate about his work and had a very calming affect on my mom. Their price was very reasonable and was less than another company we were considering. I would definitely recommend
