MacDonald Excavation is a family name that has been in Old Orchard Beach for years. My dad started this company and taught me well. Septic System Design and Installation by MacDonald Excavation with over 25 years experience. You can count on us for the job done right the first time. A septic system is a connected system of components put together underground that will use natural processes to treat wastewater on site. If you are doing construction in a country location or "out of town" more than likely you will not have municipal water or sewer available to tap into.
If you are having water problems or are building and need to be sure you never have water problems we can help. You do not want to let poor drainage create problems with your home or your landscaping. A piece of land may look great to a buyer but may not be so great to an expert builder. There can be soil type issues, ledge, high water tables and poor drainage that can drive up costs.
As part of our excavation service, we offer building removal or demolition services. If you found the perfect piece of land to purchase that you could build a new home or office building but, there is this old dilapidated building sitting on it, give us a call for demolition service.
