The entire staff at Island Air was incredible from start to finish, from the office to the installation crew. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The walked us through the entire process and really made it headache free. When the team showed up to do the replacement they were uniformed and the service vehicles were spotless. It shows they take pride in their work. The job was complete in no time and my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience all around.

What a fantastic company. Installed new HVAC system for my 88 yr old mom. Have had contact with 3 employees for my AC repair at my home and the response was immediate. Our 3 year old air conditioner froze up so we called the company that had installed it for the previous owner of our home. The repairman told me that the unit was probably shot and would cost 2k to repair under warranty. The good news was they could replace it with a more efficient unit for 5k. I bought a new Trane unit 1 year ago & had it installed by this company. They worked hard to get my business & took care of me in the beginning & now a year later my air went out again. A week without air with the broken piece that’s under warranty was installed for $433 I’m 20 min. This company is a complete rip off & liars! It’s truly sad what they are doing!

2016 we had Island Air install two new HVAC units including air handlers. 2017, semi annual service inspection, which we prepaid. New repair person (new to the company), said the reversing valve wasn't working, OUCH!, new units. He replaced the valve ( I question whether the valve was an issue since the units were working perfectly fine), now the problems started. Nest thermostat which they originally installed stopped working, replaced with a new Nest only to have the same issue a few weeks past. Again, new thermostat and same issue, system stopped working. Owner decided to replace the outside

Great Company. This company returns phone calls every time. They installed new AC unit In our House and all new duct work. Dave was the lead man for the job. Very informative,knowledgeable with a since of humor. Island air was on time every time, Did exactly what they said they would do for the price they gave us. I love these guys! Consistently high-quality. They have so much knowledge and are great at working out solutions for some very quirky problems. They do big commercial projects and even tiny mobiles with speed, expertise, and professionalism. They took care of my grandma in her old flat-roof home, took care of us in our newer home, and have gotten rave reviews from everyone I've referred to them. I wanted to let everyone know what a fantastic job Island Air did at our home. Our heat pump quit working a few weeks ago during the very first hot spell of the year. We called out Island Air for assistance. Their technician did his best to get the unit working, unfortunately he was not able. He quickly obtained a quote for replacement, ordered the equipment and scheduled an installation for their first open appointment.
I was very ill at the time. They were not able to do it for a couple of days. The technician was so kind the went back to the shop and bought us back a room cooler to use until
