Twice now you're repaired carpets at rental properties I manage; both times I've told prospective tenants that there were repairs made to the carpet in a particular room--can they find it? In all cases the answer was no. If I hadn't known where the damage was, I couldn't have found the repairs either. Excellent job.

I had an extreme case of feline inappropriate elimination, as one of my cats bullies the other and her retaliation is to pee in my loft. Ron just left and while it’s not back to normal (as I knew it wouldn’t be) it’s leaps and bounds better. Sitting in my house without a candle better. Not breathing in ammonia better.
I know my cat will continue to pee outside the box, but now that it’s better, it’s easier to maintain and we can become regular with the carpet cleanings.
Thank you for making my work from home whilst in a pandemic a little more comfortable.
