When ants first came on the scene, their neighbors were likely too big to notice them. Who were these neighbors? Dinosaurs. Gio came out today and I just want to say he was AMAZING! I’m dealing with rodents in my garage, and I’ve been trying to get rid of them for months. While having Midwest Pest come out is the first step, I feel like they are going help me resolve my problem. Gio was professional, he did a thorough inspection of the area; he was empathetic and listened to my concerns. He also explained what he was doing and why.

Gio was not only personable he kept things real. He not only exterminated my crawl space for flying cintronella ants he also inspected for termites and other bugs which he didn't find any and put my mind at ease. Due to his inspection he did find 2 water pipes that were breaking and leaking under my home. If he had not done the inspection I would've not known that I had these issues. I'm so grateful to him. The price of service was great.

A termite inspection was required as part of my selling the house. Even though house is brick potential buyers wanted. Googled and found Midwest and with all the reviews set up a time. His schedule met with mine. They arrived on time and performed a very thorough inspection. Didn't find anything which was great/ expected. Their report arrived when they promised and the price was OK.

I called Midwest for the first time in the morning that I was having the tiny ant issue and Geo was so kind and available early afternoon to come out. He did an exam of outside/inside house and found where the ants were originating from. He sprayed, sprinkled and laid traps....and it worked! I will only use Midwest going forward because of their professionalism and they don't make you sign a contract!
