Hi, This is the second of my homes that I've had Lines Sunscreens installed. I've been impressed by their workmanship on the screens, the estimating and installation. We had the pleasure of dealing with Lines Sunscreens to purchase some screens that were missing from a house we had moved in to. We contacted Lines based on previous reviews and they scheduled a time for someone to come out. The gentleman they sent took measurements of the windows involved and told us the screens would arrive in about 4 weeks
Just as planned, right around 4 weeks later we were contacted and a time was sent for the installers to come out and put up our new screens.

Stull don't have my missing screens.. they brought back 7 random screens that don't belong on my house to give the better business bureau the illusion that they did the right thing. I sent pictures to show the screens don't match.. I get very long messages explaining everything other than how they are going to give me the correct screens.. bottom line they took off 26 screens, brought back 17, 1 for a window O never had a screen on, glass block and another is a brand new frame, clearly not mine and doesn't at home, several were broken and missing the springs in the sides.. Our artificial grass was melting. I called Lines Sunscreens and Jenna understood the urgency of the situation. She was very friendly and expedited our request to have sunscreens installed sooner than the regular schedule.

We had sunscreens installed on our business and they were punctual and we love our screens. We recommend that if you prefer to have something that lasts and won't fade like window tint then these are the guys to go to. Jordan was our installer and he is amazing. They even reached out a few days later to check on us to see how things went. We couldn't ask for a better company and the customer service was outstanding.

I love this place. I’ve had them over at my house a couple times to install sunscreens. I had some really big windows on my upper level and some clear square block over the bathrooms and such. I was going to do it myself but couldn’t find the larger screen needed for the big windows. Plus it turned out harder than I imagined and this place was very affordable. They showed up right on schedule to do the quote and the work. I paid half down and half on installment. Very courteous installers who never came in the house except when I Invited them in and paid them. I’d recommend. I love the finished

I am very happy with the way this company does business! When I called to get an estimate on a new screen door and new screens I was treated with care and kindness. Deb educated me on all my options so I could make the decision on what I wanted. The technicians were prompt, kind and efficient.

I am truly truly kicking myself for not having taken any before photos. This company has gone above and beyond from the beginning (texting is an option, no awkward pressured phone calls), to having someone come out and give us a quote (soooo friendly, educated, honest, and fair when it comes to pricing), to the install which was done in under 2 hours for 18 windows!
Not only do they support local law enforcement as well a military members, but they are happy to talk to you, provide options, pricing, and have a VERY flexible schedule.
The only negative experience I had was somehow one of the screens

I will recommend this company to everyone! I had a screen that needed repair on my second story. Got in touch with them on a Sunday and they were here on Wednesday! They came out and repaired my screen and screen door that I was having problems with. Charged me a very reasonable price I will be calling them the next time I need repairs or new screens!

After looking into a few different companies I decided to go with Lines for all new screens on my new house I just moved into. I'm not gonna lie, Deb was best!!! I knew that if the screens came out half as good as her customer service on the phone I would be happy. Well, I'm thrilled. My screens are amazing. I'm sitting in my room right now with my oversized slider open and the cool air coming in thru my new screen door!! Wonderful family owned business! Debbie is above & beyond friendly on the phone. Victor came out to our rental house the day after I called for service, and worked around our tenant's schedule. Took the sliding screen door, repaired it, then brought it back. They are easy to communicate with and seem like truly honest people. Unbeatable prices for the work they do!

Lines installed screens on 4 windows for us last year and they made a marked improvement on the cooling inside our house from those west-facing windows. Now we have a kitten, and we're keeping some other doors closed around our bedroom and it's getting much warmer in our bathroom, so we decided to get three more done. Deb is so accommodating with scheduling and SO SO nice on the phone every time I've spoken to her. We love our existing shades and can't imagine the new ones will be any less impressive!

We contacted Lines Sunscreens for a price on re-screening our solar screens and Victor came out and provided a price. After shopping around, Lines Sunscreen was the best price. Victor picked up our screens and installed them on the dates promised. Great service all around. Debbie and Victor are great to work with they are very nice and friendly. Will definitely use them again and refer our friends/neighbors
