We absolutely love the way our pool/backyard turned out!! We worked with Raheem and he was great. Poco Verde was our recommended pool co. From our home builder DR Horton. I would highly recommend this company who is looking for great work/quality and a very reasonable price.

We moved here from the Midwest so we did not know a lot about the landscaping companies down here. After doing some searching, getting quotes and talking with staff, we chose Poco Verde Pools and Landscapes. The staff was professional and, even with recent supply slumps, completed the projects to our satisfaction. We had Poco Verde do our landscaping and pool and we LOVE it! They did an outstanding job and we would use them again!

I will give this business another opportunity, based off the possibility that a missed email occurred and revise or amend my review based on this new dealing. I've changed one star to 3 pending results. Met with Gary, and was initially impressed. Raheem submitted a design, I sent back a slight change adding artificial turf. Then silence. No response to email, or phone messages. I have a new build Fulton Home and they were the preferred Landscaper. What a total disappointment. No one in Fulton Homes Estrella Commons is using them. That should've been my sign to avoid.

Working with Poco verde was anything but professional. It is just a bunch of lies. They said that they take two weeks to start the project from the moment we pay half down. It took them 4 weeks to start. That is because of the constant asking and chasing from our side. They said that the work will be done in one week. It has been now 4 weeks and no work finished yet. You have to measure constantly what you are paying for because they will do whatever the work feels like that day. Correspondence is anything but professional. using Poco Verde was the worst decision we ever made .
we signed a contract in Feb of 2021, we will be lucky if they ever gets completed.
we ordered a pool, pergola, and large decking and nothing has yet to be finished .

Problems we have with Poco Verde

1. The plans for our pool were drawn incorrectly and now our pergola doesn't fit the area as planned . So now we can't have a pergola .
unless we accept a smaller pergola .. (poor designing)

I had already written a bad review to warn people but the sales manager called me to please take it down, offering a gift card, repairs and free plants. I got nothing...They were very good at collecting their money, though. I am not taking this one down, keep your plants and gift cards Gary.

Poco Verde did our front and back yard landscaping in our new home as they were the recommended company from Fulton. With being from out of state we should have looked around. We have had nothing but trouble with the irrigation lines- 6 breaks. In all the years of living in freezing temps in CO we never had breaks in our lines as the lines were buried in the ground. The line are just on top of the soil with the rock on top. Nothing was buried.

Bryan came out for a bid and we never heard back after 7 days. On day 8 we asked about our bid and mentioned we noticed bad reviews and he told us he wasn't aware of them nor why no response. Day 9 nothing. At this juncture we will Never do business with this company again! This company worked with panic pools back in 2005 and dinner Flagstone but it appears in today's business world they are not interested in doing business or perhaps cherry picking the bigger jobs. Very very bad way to do business, avoid at all costs!

We had a new home built and needed to have a new backyard landscape installed. After researching many landscaping companies, we decided to work with Poco Verde Pools and Landscape. Our designer Rhonda was extremely experienced, professional, and pleasant to work with. Her deep knowledge of landscape design, materials, and plants was clearly demonstrated throughout this entire process. The worst! They had 1 guy, that's it put in my front yard along with pavers. God bless the man but one guy! Mistakes were made which intern leads to constant phone calls to have the job done correctly! 2 years later and I'm still on the phone trying to get my tree supported correctly. They planted a red pistachio without any support! I was told they would. Do it right the first time! FYI every tree within 5 miles of me have support but mine! Not happy!

When we decided to build our retirement home, our builder's rep gave us the names of three landscapers. We emailed all three of them and requested their input. One of them did not respond, a second one advised us to contact them after we had signed for the house. One of the worst experiences I've had with a landscape company. Insane. My builder in Chandler had them as the only option to provide upgraded landscaping. The guys who installed our front walkway made it WAY off center from the patio and even did the steps half the size that the plans called for. They redid it and then messed it up AGAIN. Then they redid it again and messed it up AGAIN! If they would have just asked us or even looked closely at the plans it would have been one and done. Pushed out close date out because of it. The worst, Unprofessional company!! First, i didnt not receive an email re: frontyard landscape until the closing of our house. Still, they should've contacted me again before the construction was done.
2nd, we gave them a other Chance and had an appointment for pool design. Did everything and for 3weeks, we never get a call back from the designer. We would call him(Gary) all the tkme and ask for the design and promised to send the design at the end of the day but still no email from Gary. not once,bot twice, nor 3x. (Unprofessional)

This has been the worst experience working with "professionals" ever. They were on time maybe once the whole job and there have been problems from start to finish and then some. When they bothered to show up, they left garbage everywhere and never cleaned up after themselves and didn't follow the plan. They tried to get away with charging for plants and things that were in the plan that they didn't install and when called out on it they offered to "give a credit on the next project" as opposed to credit money on the current project. This company has made my backyard a true 'staycation' spot for my family. The quality of the work is 5 star. Juan and crew did great quality work. I was referred to Poco Verde by a neighbor. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I should of read these reviews first. My first point of contact was great. I told someone would be reaching out to me, we could come in go over the design, expenses, requirements, and any questions. We were also told we would receive a military discount. None of this happened.

Don't use them. We did a new build through Fulton (Closed in Dec, 2019) and Poco Verde is their provider for additional hardscape. They were zero help with design. Once we laid out what we wanted I literally had to lay it out in paint with measurements because Rhonda kept getting it wrong. It was like 20 emails back and forth. She never told us our design was closer to the house than advisable...she just attached a waiver for us to sign that we were having something dangerous built. Poco Verde built our pool and landscaped our backyard. Overall we're very happy with the finished product. The pool is beautiful. Bill Ringling as a project manager was great to work with. Their prices were in line with other contractors. The follow-up after the pool was built, including showing us how to use the equipment, was awesome and they've been wonderful about answering questions that have come up due to operator error! Your supervisor lied about when it would be completed to the superintendent he was on speaker and said they would be finishing the day before thanksgiving this was At 4 pm on the 27th . Your trucks weren't loaded properly and not sure why drawings are done when your guys don't show up with the right equipment to complete a job .

If your team focused more on listening and customer service you would probably be a lot more successful . Customer service with your company is very poor . Take the sales out of it and listen

Poco Verde was professional, timely, and fairly priced. The designer who helped us reimagine our backyard was very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions about the types of plants we should bring in based on our goals.
