Rose pavement expert will include an informal inspection of your parking lot as requested through a comprehensive pavement assessment.
Sealcoating is the best way to preserve the life of your asphalt. We recommend that asphalt be sealed after the first year of installation and then sealed again every 2-3 years after, depending on traffic and weather. Asphalt sealer safeguards the asphalt by placing a protective barrier on the surface which helps prevent early pavement deterioration.
Depending on the width of the cracks, hot mix asphalt or hot rubberized crack sealant can be used to limit water intrusion and subsequent degradation of the asphalt. This process can be done by itself or in combination with sealcoating. Areas with severe and excessive cracking could indicate additional asphalt work is needed.
