We hesitated in writing this review because we really wanted to like the paint job but a few weeks later we keep finding things that upset us. This was a new home we were moving into and didn't realize some of the doors/walls has pieces of tape, pin marks, etc. When we did the initial walk thru we were told all the walls and doors would be sanded down and patched as needed but that didn't happen. They painted over tape pieces as you can see from the pictures. Other areas look like they only had one coat done when we were told it would be two coats for everything. Some paint was spilled in our front

After many consultations with others, we found Pro Painters and decided they were the best fit hands down. Not only does our home look amazing with the new paint but it was a great easy experience. Derek walked us through and listened to every question we had and explained everything thoroughly. Also did a walk through at the end and we could not be more pleased. We had the exterior of our home painted in July and are very happy with the results! Had a couple of scheduling hiccups along the way, but ProPainters stayed in communication and worked hard to make everything right. Overall in love with the new color, it feels like a brand new house!

So happy that we decided to go with Derek and Pro Painters. My wife and I had a huge project in our home that we needed done and I was lucky enough to find Derek on Thumbtack. He got our project done in less than 3 days. He gave me the estimate on Monday(which was fair price), got started on Tuesday and told me that everything was done by Thursday afternoon.
I am so impressed by the quality and dedication that Derek and his team had. After he gave me the estimate, he gave me a folder outlining the project,a copy of his license, his warranty, and other helpful information.

We had our family room painted and I’m extremely happy!! They were very professional, kept all my furniture and carpets covered, and were very careful. They went above and beyond for me. Not to mention they did an excellent job and did it in a very timely fashion for me, which was very important to me. I will most definitely be calling to use them again and will refer them to my friends and family!

Derek and team did a tremendous job with our ~1500 sqft home, it feels like a totally different place inside. Derek was incredibly professional. He took the job with no down payment, did the work while we were out of town on vacation, and stayed communicative and even sent some pictures for us to review. He was patient with my wife picking colors, and even sent a color consultant to our place to help us decide on the right colors for our project. We spotted a few very minor things to touch up after the walk through, and he sent someone out the next day, no questions asked. I will hands down hire

I rarely write raving reviews about contractors - but i can't say enough good things about DHC. They not only got it done despite a few problems, they did it very well. Exterior painting project, 2 story, 3 colors, late november. Good communication, well trained folks. They knew what to paint and what not to paint on my complicated and unique project.
