We paid a deposit 4/23 for custom cabinets with this company.
We were told two weeks before they were to start building the cabinets they would come out to remeasure. We were also told 6-8 weeks from the date we paid the deposit. Mid June we contacted them to ask if we were getting close to them starting the cabinets, he said yes he would send his guy out to remeasure. Once he came out we agree to a install date of 7/8, 11 weeks after paying the deposit but we were fine with this date. On 7/6 we contacted Marc and asked him if we were for sure on schedule for install on 7/8 before we demo our

Called first week of June needing a cabinet door. They asked me to send picture of door which I did. They told me they could make it and it would take 5-7 days. After 7 days called to check on status. No one would pick up the phone or return calls. Finally went back in to the shop and was told it would be at least two more weeks and if I didn't like it I could come pick up the door. I did. Don't tell me you can do something when you cannot. Would never use again. Very rude and unprofessional.
