Andy from Shoff Door came to fix our garage door after an old spring snapped leaving the heavy door unusable for a bit.
He explained everything he was going to do very clearly. Replaced both springs, which was wonderful and had my garage door sounding so much quieter than it did before.

He fixed it!! One of my kids pressed the garage door button as they were backing out of the garage. When Nathan (technician) arrived, he thought it might need totally replaced. After working on it, he was able to get it in working order. He took the time to analyze the problem , tweak it until it worked and make a repair that brought my garage door nearly back to its original status. Nathan was amazing!! I highly recommend Shoff Door Company for all garage door issues. And it was affordable!

I would always recommend Shoff Door. The only garage door company I have ever used.
My father used them when I was a kid.

Used Shoff years ago and they did a great job. This time was a different story. Service scheduled sometime for between 1 and 5 pm. Around 7 pm technician called to said he was over 45 minutes away and still wanted to show up. Rescheduled for first thing the next morning, same story. No call after several hours. No show. Called company and they can’t get ahold of employee either. This company needs a new crew.
