I had a basement flooding situation for years and my back yard was underwater every time we had a inch or more of rain. My basement leaked so bad my sump pump couldn't keep up! Bill was recommended by my Brother in law knowing I didn't want it fixed from the inside.
Bill explained exactly what he was going to do and at a fair price .No more water in the house and my yard doesn't have a swamp in it anymore. This was done two years ago. Stand up Guy,quality work and materials in a timely manner. Thanks Bill.

Bill Sioholm is a rock solid, honest, and highly-skilled excavator, contractor, and water and sewer expert. He does it the right way or no way at all. He takes care of bonding, permits, inspections, and follows up with great professionalism.
He took on a job that separates the men from the boys. He had a very narrow boundary of land to excavate which was the demarcation between two closely aligned homes. He did it on time, correctly, and would have had it done in a short amount of time but the town departments involved kept slowing down the process regarding inspections and permissions.
