Critical: Responsiveness
I was encouraged at first when my phone call was answered right away in the morning and he set aside a window of time to stop by my home. Unfortunately, he never showed up and did not respond to my message asking for an updated time on his service call. After hearing no response, I have to take my business elsewhere.
