Our motto of Quality is not an act. It's a habit. is lived by us and our employees on a daily basis. Since we do no advertising of any kind, our name has to speak for itself.

We have always believed in gaining the client's trust first on the relationship builder - and the future work will follow. If you are price shopping for weekly service, we know our rates are higher than other companies, but our service and workmanship are proof of why.
Personal Touch Landscaping realizes there are many choices to service your landscaping needs and we pride ourselves on "quality" programs with fair prices rather than bidding low and trying to figure out how to make a profit. We like to bid with 44 weekly mow services however we like to visit each property 52 weeks a year to ensure all properties look their best.
During fall we experience out breaks of grub problems throughout Southern Florida. It can take up to 3 years to break the grub cycle. Waiting for damage to show up in your lawn is usually too late to kill older grubs and it is recommended to be pro-active when it comes to grub control. Early preventive treatment in June and July when grubs are very young is recommended by University of Florida.
I returned home from NC this week and, needless to say but I am, the house/lawn looked marvelous! I so enjoy and look forward to coming "home to Florida" since you have taken over maintaining the property! I used to dread my "butchering" and hacking the shrubs to my preference of manicuring. We reacently purchased a home in Fort Myers and were looking for a company that could perform many services under one roof.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Do not use them for lawn care. We have used them for over a year. Our lawn is still Full of weeds they have over treated it and burnt the grass they were very unprofessional when we tried to cancel making snide remarks do not use the service go with someone else

I am a snowbird who lives in a gated community, as such, I did not rely on Personal Touch for landscaping, I did however rely on PT to install my hurricane shutters. In order to be on PT's install list, you basically have to pay a "retainer" of $250 and if they have to put the shutters up, they credit you the retainer against the cost of installing, which this year was $500. Fortunately over the past few years, I've only had the shutters installed twice. However, I've paid the "retainer" every year.

I had concrete borders installed around my trees and flower beds so landscapers wouldn’t run into the plants. Instead they broke the concrete border by running into it with the mower. Cracked a two foot section. Then they said they can’t fix it and offered me $50. Ridiculous. I don’t want money, I want it fixed.

They have taken care of our lawn for 3 years! Excellent job on weeding and putting down sod on entire yard after buying home.... weekly mowing weeding and gorgeous trimming of hedges for a reasonable fee... periodic trimming of palms. Periodic sprinkler maintenance..... removal of broken tree after hurricane Irma... transplanting palm.... they do it all well and very responsive to requests and emails.
