Kevin from Quality Services & Repair was assigned to replace 3 windows in our home. The job required them to cut out a new window opening where an AC unit once sat. This took Kevin and his team longer than anticipated, but he did not complain once. On top of this, another window frame had significant rot when the old window was removed. Once again, they fixed the issue without any additional fees or complaints. Altogether, the job took much longer than anticipated, but they stayed until well after dark to complete the work. In the end, the windows look great, and we're thrilled with the work that

We had nine windows and a front door installed by Quality Services and Repair and were beyond satisfied with the crew's precise workmanship. They went above and beyond what we had expected and it was a pleasure having them work in our home. Waited three weeks for a piece of glass to be cut. Called one day to see what was going on and was told they would call us back. Surprise, no one called. I called the next day and I was verbally abused by Louise yelling at me “ I told you it would take four weeks to get that glass cut”. Etc. I asked to speak to the boss and he defended,apparently, his wife. I don’t know what happened to this place but it has gone onto the toilet. I called around and had the piece of glass three days later for a third of the price! I try to shop locally but sometimes you just can’t with attitudes that are

I've had the glass of the patio door changed today and would like to share my wonderful experience with this company. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the service this company provided! They have been very punctual, professional and straight to the point from the very first contact till the end. No unnecessary marketing, boasting or trying to slip me some other service or product. Very respectful and time and effort saving people. For a very reasonable price that is only a fraction of what I would have paid for a new patio door I've had mine repaired and the problem solved.

Awful experience with this business. I paid a sizable deposit and was promised a service. Two years later I have lots of excuses and only a part of the job completed. During this time, I had to take several vacation days for installation appointments only to find out that everything that was brought in was the wrong size. In the meantime, locks were broken, property damaged, with no response. I finally had enough only to get an extremely hostile call from their service manager telling me that I will mot be receiving a refund for the portion of the job that was not completed.

We had two patio sliding doors replaced and I'm so glad I went with Simply Windows & Doors to pick out the doors and Quality Services & Repairs to do the installation. From choosing the product with Ron, to financing and scheduling installation with Louise, to installation with the crew, to "tweaking" a few manufacturer flaws (door handle & tiny flaws in-between the glass panels) Michael has been prompt getting it resolved to "my satisfaction". I don't think I'd get this kind of quality service from Renewal by Anderson or other "big box" window/door replacement companies. Thank YOU!!
