Encore Arts is an illustration firm headed by artist Eric Hyne. Eric's training while earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Maryland Institute in Baltimore, included drawing, painting, sculpture and design. Eric's painting and drawing talent combined with his love of perspective sketching led him into a career preparing presentation materials for planners, developers and designers.
Except for several years while employed as a project illustrator for LDR International in Maryland, he has free-lanced producing well over a thousand building and development sketches since 1987. To achieve this Encore Arts has for years provided in-house computer modeling capabilities (both people and equipment) to better serve clients.
The resulting models assure accurate portrayals and allow professionals to readily evaluate the pros and cons of views and concepts. Sometimes clients even choose to use these models in lieu of full sketches. The firm today is a team comprised of modelers and technical assistants who collaborate on a project basis with Eric in his South Central PA studio.
