Their understanding of the product line is second to none! Ashley was more than friendly on the phone, and worked with what I needed as an Insulation company. She didn't try to over-sale the ACCU line which is so relaxing to me as an interested buyer. I would recommend them in a New York second, even though I'm from the So Cal area.

Accu1Direct was professional to work with and quick to answer any question I had. The 9300 works great and is simple to use. Attics are hot here in FL so the jobs have to be done quickly. After installing 80 bags (30lbs) in 1.5 hours I'm not concerned about getting stuck in the attic before it gets hot!
