Services
Roof vents with pipes needs to be replaced every 5 years. Over time, the rubber around the pipe begins to crack as a results in constant changes in the weather. Cedar caps can often crack or wear down over time. We remove any old or damaged cedar caps and replace with matching cap by hammer and nails.
With the weather and climate change, asphalt shingles lose their glue and need replacement. Call us to repair and replace your shingles. Roof vents receive cracks over time from sun and weather change, we supply and install new vents and screens. To prevent large accumulation of leaves and debris, we recommend installing leaf screens to your aluminum gutters - this is especially important if your home is closely surrounded by trees.
Not only do we provide exterior house painting, but we prepare your house for the paint job by completing an exterior wash. Once the house is prepped, we complete two coats of premier paint on the exterior of your house before we apply any colour. Sealing helps prevent mold and moss from growing between the cracks and on the tops of your bricks, which ultimately increases the life of the concrete.
Through April to July you should have four seedings and fertilization completed for a thick and healthy lawn. Top dressing fills the belly of the grass and should be done in order to make your yard even and levelled. Our yard care services include planting new plants, and cleaning and maintaining your garden beds.
