Was not happy with their one person operation no having to pay for inspection that everyone else does for free and timely! There estimate turned out to be double at least which you would you will not know until after you have already paid beforehand. Total RIP off as far as I am concerned. I said at the beginning what my time frame was and it would of been okay as they had a Disneyland trip planned. However that turned into a bother two week delay! Not acceptable, I was very disappointed therefore I had to cancel. I need all new duck work as well as I have no heat. I am stage 4 cancer patient and

Curtis is a genius. He found where the mice were getting in to my attic and shut then out. Tanya kept me informed so I knew when Curtis was coming each week. I couldn't be happier with their service. So many attic services want to sell insulation removal before they will even talk about rodent removal and they have little experience with exclusion which is what one really needs. Their price is reasonable and service excellent.

We recently relocated to Alamo and the home we moved into had some rodent issues. I called a dozen places and got a few quotes that seemed over the top. I was very pleased with C&T Rodent Control! I had several companies quote for this job in our single level, 2100 sq ft home. Curtis was the most thorough inspector and gave a full analysis of what needed to be done, illustrated with photographs. Another company 'inspected' just by looking from the access point and then giving a quote. Yet another company spent time under the house and presented a $13,000+ quote that included a concrete raft and a sump pump without repairing damaged insulation! Curtis gave the best price $2000. That included closing all entry points (he found several), trapping

We could not be happier with C and T's services! They are professional, provided a detailed estimate with photos and do a fantastic thorough job. We had Curtis do his 5-week rat proofing process. He was able to block rodent access to both our attic and anywhere around our home. He did a nice clean up of areas he worked in, sanitized and removed some damaged insulation. He located some dead skunks under the house...gross! He safely removed them and set up further measures to prevent future rodents from getting under our home as well. The cost was reasonable with a 1 year warranty on his rodent work

We recently had C & T Rodent Control take care of a rodent problem in our crawl space. Curtis, the owner, completed a thorough 6-week rat proofing of our crawl space, including trapping, cleaning and sanitizing. He even removed some infested duct work insulation which the rodents had used as nesting material. He provided a 1-year warranty on the rat proofing work he did. We could not have been more pleased with the work he did. He explained each step of the process; was very professional and friendly and answered all our questions. I live on a semi-rural street and the environment around us can certainly be conducive to rats. Unfortunately, about 10 months back, a few managed to get in before we were aware of it. I was able to keep the issue in check myself for awhile, but it got to a point where it became clear to me that there was something I was missing.

Tanya was very responsive and kept us informed with scheduling and what was going on. Curtis was neat, professional, and thorough. We had the insulation in our attic replaced by a different company and they did not do an adequate job of sealing the wall penetrations under the house.
