Ran into some lock issues. Found Guy on Yelp, called him, discussed the issue, and he showed up 20 minutes later. He assessed the issue was due to a faulty handle. He had the parts and I authorized him to replace and repair. He did so in a quick and efficient manner. I then showed him another problem with my front door latch bolt. He tinkered with it using his bag of tools and was able to fix it. He then provided me with the manufacturer's contact information to order replacement parts. During this whole time, Guy was friendly, personable, communicative about what he was doing, and working

Guy helped me with rekeying my locks when I moved into a new condo and then helped me unlock the condo when I lost my keys (and rekeyed it one more time)

Gus is great. I described the issue over the phone. He correctly diagnosed the issue. He came by quickly and figured out how to fix it. This is a complex multi-point European lock, and he figured out how adjust it.
He even adjusted two other door handles I hadn't mentioned.
Reasonable price, personable, competent. Highly recommended.

Guy was early to our appointment. The latch on my deck door wasn’t catching. I saw reviews on Yelp for Guy’s services , all five stars so I gave him a call. He fixed the latch on the door, cleaned the areas so the it slides easily and his services was reasonable!

Had a quick job to get a new Smart lock installed. Guy was able to swing by quickly towards the end of the day and knock the task out.
Watching him, he worked quite quickly and it was pretty clear he knew what he was doing. I was also impressed how personable he was and how he went the extra mile to ensure our smart lock setup worked correctly and was fully functioning.

I called Guy again and he was just as fast, efficient, and reasonably priced as last time. He helped fix our back gate which would not close all the way , as well as create a new key for our interior door to downstairs . Finally, he programmed and gave us a new key fob for our Prius after it went missing . Everything went smoothly and I will continue to call Guy for any lock/door related needs.

I googled a lock smith and what totally caught my attention was the 5 star review. As soon as I called, Guy answered right away, and was able to quote me over the phone and in less than an hour he was able to meet me at the location I needed assistance at. He is super fast, professional and polite. Completed the job in approx. 30 min. By far the fastest and very good at what he does. He tell me the price no hesitate ,and come to here only 10 mint . He know how we suffer in outdoor . When Guy saw my locker. He knew this difficult locker , actually I knew this difficult too . Guy have to damage locker, I say yes please ., after Guy so friendly give me set up his old one locker . I want to give to Guy more tip and he just get he want . People the other side think everyone so difficult. Guy pay his skill to help

Guy has done everything for me: bailed me out after a key got jammed, fixed my failed attempt at re-keying my own lock, given me a better designed key with a wider base so it's easier to turn, and re-keyed a lock in a new home. He's super efficient, friendly, and will explain everything to you after he's done. Highly recommended!
