We rented space for our RV and in October there was a break in and more than one RV had it's catalytic converter stolen. We were never notified, therefore we were never given an opportunity to remove our RV. Ours was stolen in November. We were unable to use our RV for a planned trip, had thousands of dollars out of pocket expense and the owner of Midway Self Storage would not leave his office and come to the counter to talk with me when I went there. They hid behind the legaleeze of their rental contract and most certainly did not demonstrate good business practice or customer service.

Fyi, carwash is open 24/7. The storage area is closed at a different time. For those dudes that like to drive at night and listen to music, yes, you can wash you car at 10pm or w.e time. Theres many options from for washing the car, from hot wax, spot free rinse and foam polish. The car wash takes card and cash, BUT, THE VACUUM, is coins only, but its only $1 to start them. The bays are nicely lit so you dont have to worry about missing that one dirty spot by the wheel well or trunk ( we all know that one spot).. As for the automatic wash, i havent tried it yet. Probably wont but we'll see. There

I give credit when credit is due. The car wash is top notch and actually had the cleaning products that they say is being used when you wash your car. The storage side of the house I've been a customer of through almost a year, a covid year. They have been a pleasure to work with during a challenging time for storage business owners with tenants that are struggling. It's nice to have human to speak with if you do have a problem. I rate this family of businesses 100%.

A very well kept DIY car wash with about 5 wash bays (give or take) to choose from. There are several vacuum stations and an automated vehicle wash bay at this location. Change machine on site and car care products available from vending machine. The DIY wash bays have many more choices of cleaning solutions than usual to choose from such as bug removal cleanser, engine cleaner, and polishing foam.
