We have had QSP out to do a lot of different work for us at our old house and our new house. (Finding and repairing a leak, garbage disposal replacement, quotes for remodel, water heater replacement, and recently, unclogging a sink and fixing the drain on a different sink) and they are always amazing. Luke is so incredibly nice and great at what he does. Holden helped install our water heater and he was friendly and efficient. I was so impressed with Quality Plumbing. They were so professional and efficient. They fixed a leak we had as well as a clogged drain. They were here the better part of the day and I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. They gave us an estimate of how much it would cost before they did anything. We just had Luke, from Quality Service Plumbing, out to check a concern we had in our Master Bathroom. First, I'll start by saying Luke was very prompt, courteous and professional. What was our concern? After running the hot water in the bathroom sinks, we have heard what sounds like dripping for a short while after we turn water off. He explained that the noise was created from the pipes expanding into a too tight pass through the framing in the house. My husband had already been under the house and we knew it was dry down there. Highest Recommendation! This is an excellent company to work with. We engaged with them a month before the start of a major Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. We had received three bids and Luke's was definitely the most thorough and he spent the time educating us about the process so we could feel confident generaling the major project ourselves.
Before our remodel had even started we got word of a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the ceiling and floor below while we were out of town. Luke was out there the same day to resolve the issue.
