If I could give this company -10, I would. I first dealt with this company about 10 years ago and I was satisfied. I don't know what happened in between that time but the first red flag was me calling several times and not getting in contact with someone. However, because I am loyal to businesses a little too much, I persisted until I got someone. Anyone, when people show you who they are, believe them. After the initial treatment, there were a couple of no shows for follow-up treatment as well as calling no less than 50 times just to talk to the owner. Nevertheless, I had to get another

So this bill arrives in the mail yesterday, but the date of service was July 2008. Not sure if I paid it already or if it was a mistake, I call the phone number on the bill.
I ask to speak to someone in the billing department.
The guy who answers the phone tells me to call back tomorrow.
I explain that I received a bill and have questions about it. Is there anyone that can help me.
The answer "no, call back tomorrow"
My response, "well is it possible to leave a voice mail message or leave a message with you?"
The answer "[sigh]"
I'm dumbfounded. In my humble opinion
