I contacted them in concerns of an odor coming from the basement. I was wondering if it was a septic tank issue and wanted to know the capacity that was reached in the septic tank to better understand how often it needs to be cleaned since it’s our first year in this house. . An appointment was made for a specific time 6/23 9 am-11am. I waited the whole time with no response. I even checked outside many times during the time of appointment and didn’t see anyone. I called back to check on status and was told that someone has come and pumped the septic tank already. Then this someone called me

I dont know how they are as far as service,but I can tell you....2 of their drivers need to relearn how to drive..#10 truck pulling equipment on a trailer and #27 dump-type truck pulled into traffic doing 60-70miles per hour on 695 today from a dead stop almost causing a pile up....I was 1 car behind them and almost got rear-ended from the line of traffic behind me when they pulled out....BAD form from anyone but a horrible reflection on the company who's name and number is CLAERLY on each truck.

They are a tad pricier than most of the others in this field in the DC/Baltimore area, but their service is terrific and they diagnose and fix problems the 1st time out. Had a major septic problem a few years ago with an inaccessible fluid holding tank that was close to spilling over and they resolved the problem in time to avoid a disaster that could have happened. I highly recommend them.
