This roofing company was by far the best in the industry. In the last couple years after many hailstorms, we had several other agressive companies pressing us to get our roof replaced. The representative we had from M4 was a not a hounding salesman, he identified every defect he was a very trustworthy individual who knew what he was talking about. Kevin took care of everything for us and proved his worth which is highly valued. Excellent customer service. He made the whole claim process very easy knowing how busy we were by handling the insurance, solar, and roof company. We would highly recommend

Don't use this company. Started out with satisfactory service, but the roof was literally 10 DAYS old and it started leaking. They came and supposedly fixed it, but they have not. They have come several times and it has never stopped leaking. The latest storm we had made my great room like an indoor shower, because it was leaking so badly. Communication is poor and I even went to their office thinking they had gone out of business. The warranty is still in effect and my roof is still leaking. I have had a very poor experience with this company.

We chose M4 while selling our home - we needed to replace the roof before closing and they did an amazing job. The entire crew was very friendly and accommodating and, were able to do the roof in one day! Every experience from scheduling to completion paperwork was five star. Highly recommend 👌 👍

The crew did amazing work and they were fast, professional and polite. One of the gentleman who installed my gutters went above and beyond and added a thoughtful touch by making a latch so I can raise the gutter that runs across my walkway. I would highly recommend these guys for your home improvement projects.

Thank you M4 (and Kevin & Lewis), I'm sure glad you had my back! In the past I've done my own repairs and I unknowingly settled for much less 'insurance repair' than I paid for! I learned the hard way and I'll not go up against the insurance adjusters alone again! M4 did a fantastic job for me, above and beyond what I expected. They made my building 'right' again!

I know they are new here in town but they did an amazing job on our house. Painting and replacing our roof. They work with the insurance and we just let them do there thing and it turned out great! The folks at M4 were great to work with for my gutter replacement project. I was coordinating the gutter work in conjunction with exterior painting and M4 was very patient and flexible in scheduling their work around the painting. Once I was able to move forward with the gutter work, they got the work scheduled and completed promptly; and the install looks great. Very pleased with M4.

M4 Roofing was a dream to work with. They were recommended by our insurance company, so we knew already that they were the real deal. Omar came by our house and explained everything so clearly, but also seemed to understand that we wanted the roof fixed quick and clean. The price was right and they lined up very well with our insurance estimate, so there were no surprises. Our roof looks beautiful. The team was always on time, always professional and Omar was always quick to reply to any questions or concerns. I would absolutely use M4 again, and have recommended them to our friends.

This company is the worst to work with and took advantage of a storm that came through Denver to make money off of people. They are unprofessional, unskilled and inattentive to the projects they take on.
Here's a list of reasons why you should find another company.
1. Not only were there nails in our yard, the workers left their trash from lunch and even used the bathroom behind our garage
2. They didn't use proper tools to cut the holes for ventilation so we have gaps in our roof
3. The GC was never on the job and we had workers knocking on

After installing my roof I went up to inspect the work and my foot about went through. they called it sponge and said that the roof has 3/8 in board and should have been replaced. This was after they were done they never told me this before they started the job. The Forman and the owners answer was that the insurance wouldn't have covered it, I told them I was paining for the work. They are bad. A year later my roof leaked and I had to replace part of my ceiling.

I wouldn't use M4 again if they paid me to put a new roof on my home. Most importantly, they failed inspection 3 times. Once because they failed to leave a ladder for the city, but the other two were due to incorrect/poor installation (a quote directly from the city inspector I met when he came out). It got so bad they had to send their "quality control" guy out to finish up and fix the mistakes by previous crews. I work nights so it was very important to me that M4 communicated when crews would show up to do the work so that I could arrange sleeping around it. Not once did I ever

M4 Roofing is a decent, reputable company. They installed a new roof for me following hail damage. They have good customer service and are very responsive to the customer. I did get some complaints from the insurance company about trying to get more money out of them, although it was nice that M4 handled the claim and negotiated with them for me. Good guys, quality was fine, no issues on my end.
