FINAL UPDATE: I received a follow up call a few days after hot water heater was replaced to make sure all was good. Then I received another call today to make sure that everything was still good, which it was. Everything is great, big shout out to Ed again for outstanding customer service. Very pleased, if you have a bad experience they can and will make it right. I hope future customers see this and feel confident in using your service. Thank you again.

Easy and responsive communication (I prefer email and Sebastian was very helpful and quoted me a very reasonable price). The work was done when he said it would be. The technicians were very knowledgeable and started to rush as soon as the air was off. They had me back up and running before I could break a sweat.
