In the fall of 1998, our company was born with nothing more than some cleaning supplies and an old Volvo station wagon when our owner suddenly found herself single-handedly raising 4 small children. Having spent the previous 8 years as a stay-at-home mom, and suddenly finding herself a single-mother, Anne started cleaning houses as a way to support her children.
Our basic cleaning services can be scheduled on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, or, if you prefer, as a one-time basic cleaning. Putting your home on a regular scheduled cleaning schedule can help your home stay tidy while giving you one less thing to worry about. Unlike some other maid services, we do not require you to purchase a deep cleaning before signing up for basic cleaning services.

We know this list is not all inclusive, but we think it will help answer some of questions you may have about our services and policies. Before and an almost after photo of a real dirty bathroom we worked on! This home was a rental and 2 other cleaning services walked out on the landlord when they saw the mess. Not us. We rolled up our sleeves and got right to work! The landlord was extremely pleased with the work that was done. He mentioned that the home would need some renovation before being rented out again but at least it was clean enough to safely work in now.
We love to help those in need. Below are just a few of the many causes that we have contributed to over the years. If you or a family member is facing a debilitating illness such as cancer, and you cannot afford to hire a cleaning service, we may be able to help. We provide no-cost cleaning services through our own in-house program.

I hired OSHC to do a move out clean of my apartment. I didn’t want to do the cleaning myself because I wanted to make sure that the place was spotless so I could get my security deposit back. They showed up on time, did a thorough job, and went above and beyond to meet my expectations! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this company. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future for monthly cleans of my home.

Our experience with Ocean State House Cleaning was absolutely terrible because of poor communication and a lack of responsibility on the part of management. Information was not verified prior to the visit which led to blame and a late arrival. When I complained management blamed the cleaning staff instead of taking responsibility themselves and told me no less than three times in an email that they would "speak to their team." The cleaning staff were pleasant and hard working but management was rude, unprofessional and placed unecessary blame on the cleaning staff. I would strongly encourage you

I hired them to clean one of my empty rentals after a particularly dirty tenant moved out. The walls were covered in yellow nicotine from years of cigarette smoking and they got it all off. I couldn't believe how clean they go the bathroom. The tub that had an inch of filth on it was almost like new when they were done. I'll call them again next time I need cleaning done.

I've been very happy with the services New England Pro Maids provides. I've been a customer for a few years now and they've improved so much over the last 5 or 6 months. The new managers and cleaning teams are fantastic. Nothing like what it used to be. All the bad blood that was bringing you guys down is gone. Bravo! Got to say that my floors have never been so clean! Shout out to Marta and her team! Great job!

One heck of a cleaning service! They’ve always been reliable and quick to resolve any issues we’ve had. We’ve had the same team for over 2 years. Turn over seems very low which is surprising for a cleaning service. Please thank Katie and Colleen for us. We really appreciate their dedication and attention to detail.

New England Pro Maids provided a move out cleaning for my daughter's apartment after she moved out. They did a fantastic job and I got my security deposit back along with a note thanking us for leaving the place so clean. The price was reasonable and the staff friendly. Special shout out to Dion for helping me with the complicated scheduling. Highly recommend these folks.

We hired NE pro maids to deep clean our home and we couldn’t be any happier with the service and the result! We had two maids who took the time and great effort to clean everything we asked them to. Our bathroom, kitchen and rooms were sparkling clean! Calling to schedule the clean was also easy and was able to work with us. Price is also very reasonable. Now that we have a new baby, we will definitely look into them for monthly cleanings. Recommend them greatly!

We've used Ocean State for almost two years now. I recommend them highly. They are by far the best service we've ever used. They are so consistently good, extremely responsive, and the teams are so nice! We have never had a problem, never felt we couldn't trust them, and they do a great job. We've had other cleaners, but none kept up the high level of service that they started with. Ocean State has. They're a highly honorable company and we're so glad we found them.
