Been doing Business with Master Touch for about almost 3 years now. And as a Property Management company of high end Homes where the demand is a bit higher I must say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made to use them for our Properties. Quality of work impeccable, reliable and best of all when I’ve ran into any issues even on Sundays I’ve had their tech come assist. The entire process was seamless and the response time was pretty much immediate. Quote was generated quickly and time to implement was within days. Onsite installers were meticulous and spent the time to educate on the system that was put in. Will be using these folks for future projects.

Best pool company ever!! They did such an amazing job from start to finish I love my pool again. Nilson the owner took time to explain everything was very detailed. He also help me pick out tile and I am very picky. I will recommend him to everyone that needs their pool redone.

Such a difficult company to deal with. Worst experience with a business owner since we moved to South Florida. We paid for a complete pool renovation. If you like “good enough” this is the company you want. Sales deserves a raise because he sold us something the owner had no intention of delivering and that we need to lower our expectations. We have a new pool company now and we don’t regret changing.

Master Touch has been maintaining my pool for several months now, and I am VERY happy with them! The regular cleaning and maintenance, with the before and after photos is TERRIFIC!! They recently installed a salt system and a pool heater, and did a GREAT job!! My pool is warm and sparkling blue!! I would describe Master touch pools as an honest and professional company. From the customer service, workers and Nilson the owner all are very pleasant and professional. Nilson worked with me patiently as I had a lot of questions and contacted him often. He would always get back to me on a timely manner. He finished all the work promised from my travertine deck to a complete pool remodel on time. My pool looks great. I would definitely recommend Master touch pool services.
