Burns put in a cedar fence for us, and it's beautifully installed. They also helped us configure a system to easily detach a few of the panels that we need to very occasionally remove, which was a strange request. We could not be happier with the service and the responsiveness. They even came out to fix a low spot under one of the panels after the installation was complete.

I do not recommend Burns Fencing even though I have not had the opportunity to interact with them or see the works that they have done. The reason why I am not recommending Burns Fencing is because I am Deaf and use relay services to communicate via telephone-- they hung up on me three times without allowing me to explain them about relay services. I was motivated to give them business-- but if they are not going to take few seconds on the phone to LISTEN to the customer-- I cannot imagine what their customer service would be like in person.

We purchased materials only from Burns, and they were so helpful in offering installation guidance even though we didn't hire them to install (DIY). Responsive to all questions, and very helpful. Jason, Jude and Steve were all great to work with! Fencing is high quality and looks great.

Burns fencing just completed a beautiful white cedar fence in my yard. They (especially Jason) were incredibly easy to work with and very talented. I would recommend them without hesitation.
