Located in Fontana, WI this 2300 sf home was converted to a 3688 sf home. We moved and expanded the kitchen making room for a new office/den, extended the back of the house to add a sunroom and 2 decks.
We created this spectacular 5700 sf home with 1700 sf on the main level, 1900 sf on the upper level and 1430 sf on the lower level with 700 sf of storage. We added a spacious deck for entertaining on the main level with cable railings to allow unobstructed views. Another deck was added off the Master Suite for those intimate evenings.

The quality of the home built for my daughter and son in law was not the best. The floor has major oil canning in the bedroom. The outside trim was put on with nails that are now rusting after 2 years. There is a leaky window that no one seems to be able to fix and there is still a window with no screen.i would not recomend them.
