Is this furniture a little pricey? Yea maybe but the quality is incomparable to chain stores. Is the customer service good? Let me answer it this way, it is unbelievably great! They deliver when it is convenient to you and if there is an issue they are so easy to work with. They get things corrected as soon as you could imagine possible.

I ordered my furniture in March, and I was told we would get our furniture set by the end of June, well that’s come and gone. July we had to drive the 1.5 hours out because no one would give us a straight answer when calling. We asked in person and still we still didn’t get a straight answer about when it’d be done, but that they’d call Monday. They didn’t call until Friday…and our furniture I’ll not be done until “Mid-August”. I’m livid, and still sleeping on the floor as newlyweds. We will never order anything from here again. Especially since we’ve paid a lot of money for
