Contacted this company by phone, website, social media and Yelp at least 5 times over several months. I was not in a hurry and they were highly recommended on the Camano Island Facebook group. Unfortunately, they never responded at all. Give your business to someone else that cares about customer service.

They made me two gates that were not wide enough to fit the space. So instead of fixing the problem and making another gate to fit the size of the opening. They said to put a two by four in to fill the gap. I did not want it fixed that way. And they would not fix it the right way. I feel this is a horrible way to do business. I never got it fixed right!

I had a cedar fence installed a few months back by someone else. That guy left big gaps at the bottom. I contacted Berger requesting help. I was willing to have all of the problem sections redone. But all Berger said was to call the guy that put it in. Evidently I bruised his ego not calling him first for the job. Thing is, I did but it was the beginning of the summer and they were too busy. I tried explaining that the guy is no where to be found now. But Berger won't even respond to my emails. Obviously customer service is not in their vocabulary.

I have had these guys install fences time and time again at the various homes or projects I have had throughout the years. Even referred them to my family members.
Top notch work quality. Straight forward with their pricing, recommendations and knowledge. They wont lie about the longevity of a fence and tell you it will last forever just to try to sell you a product. I like their no-nonsense mentality.
I also appreciate they are a small family owned business.
I have not nor will I ever even call another fence company.

I had Berger Fence install a cyclone fence 7 years ago. They designed and installed it no problem. The base of the posts are bolted onto a concrete footing that runs the perimeter of the yard - somewhat different than a typical installation.
Some of the footings have rusted so I called Berger Fence. Their ONLY solution was to install a completely new fence! Needless to say this did not make me happy. I called a different contractor and they have a much cheaper solution.
These guys are more than willing to sell you a fence but forbid if something should go wrong!
