I am very pleased with Azalea Self Storge. It's clean and the customer service is great! The gal on duty (Tanya?) when I was there last Thursday made sure I had easy unloading access to my unit. I really appreciate that level of service! So happy I chose Azalea Self Storage for my temporary storage!

We rented a climate controlled storage unit in Jan of 2018. Had auto debit which got constantly messed up in the past 3 months to the point we couldn't get into our storage. So frustrating, but that is nothing to compare with the poor customer service. I had my furniture moved to my new home Monday 1/21/19 and as soon as the movers got here they told me, "That unit was rat infested." I couldn't believe it. As they started unloading my furniture I saw rat droppings coming out of my leather

There is no rating for -5 stars or I would be rating it as that. I paid for the month of January and February in December, so when I vacated the unit in January, I was expecting a refund of one month of $82.00. My husband died in January and that was my reason for closing out the unit. After two weeks of asking and getting no answer other than we don't have many folks that pay in advance, I got my answer today that no matter how many months you pay in advance, you will not get a refund. So please, please people don't give these folks any additional money in advance because you will

I shouldnt be writing this in the angered state i am in. EVERY month there is an issue with my payment. I put my CC on file...,it was charged multiple times bc they "didn't look to see if it was already paid"... At that moment i asked that my cc info be removed. One month i called in to pay... No one answered... It said to leave a msg and they would call back.... NO ONE CALLED BACK... Called... No answer. Was charged a late fee for non payment. Called in on sunday to pay ... No answer... Sent an email with my cc info so it could be paid!..... No response. Called again and was told

I have been with this storage unit for over 2 years. I decided to move out of this unit because the new owners increased the prices on people who already HAD a storage unit. I moved out of my unit 3 days before I was scheduled to vacate. On this date as I was making multiple trips to my residence right down the street less than 5 min away. I left the lock off my unit but had not advised owners I was don't vacating. Because there was a new customer looking for a unit the size that I had she decided to move my belongings out of my unit even though she knew I had not vacated. She placed my things
