In 2017, Jennifer's husband, Gene Borgstahl retired after thirty years of a successful law practice to join his wife and brother-in-law helping to run the family business and help run the financial affairs of the corporation.

Mary was very patient with us through our purchasing experience! We came back several times until we decided what we wanted and each time she was very pleasant and helpful! When it came time to deliver everyone was very friendly! The delivery guys were very respectful of our home and they explained everything about our couch in great detail! They even cleaned up after themselves! Everything was an A+ experience!

Mary was amazing helping me pick out furniture pieces and coverings. When my furniture arrived I had to have them warehouse it for a couple of months til I was ready for it, never did they call and ask me when I was going to take delivery for my furniture. They told me to take my time and when I was ready just call. The delivery guys were great,… very careful, placed the pieces where I wanted them. I would recommend this wonderful business to everyone. Thank you heritage house for your expertise and professional personnel. I’m in love with my furniture and it was made in THE USA!

Delivery was great. We felt that Eric and Mike went above and beyond a normal delivery. They were careful, courteous and knowledgeable. I was concerned with the furniture legs scratching our wood floor so they laid blankets to tip the furniture and applied felt pads to all the legs. We are very happy with our new furniture! Thumbs up for Heritage House Furniture.
