Absolutely horrible. They replaced my roof just 3 years ago. It's leaking and they refuse to fix their own garbage work. Please do yourself a favor and find another company. This has been nothing but a nightmare. I'm out thousands of dollars because of their terrible work. Avoid !!!! Go with any other company.

I was a little worried about using this company. I look at the review and it really freaked me out. Then i met jeff Williams. He was honest and straight forward. Had a friend (lawyer ) look into company and what do u know. I getting a new roof for 500 dollars. I would love to give them a negative 5!!!!!! They will not fix my roof leak, the sale person lied about pricing, had a dispute so held of on payment. I then paid them in full, they got over $16k for a 1900 square foot home with outdated 3 tab shingles. They still won't fix the leak claiming that I owe $714 in lien charges. The roof was installed on March 29, 2018. Started to leak within 6 weeks. They are refusing to remove the lien of my home. The state needs to really shut them down. DO NOT USE!!!!!

I can't say enough about Jasper Contractors! They were awesome! My neighbor used Jasper Contractors to replace her roof after Hurricane Irma. I couldn't believe how fast they completed her new roof! They completed the entire roof in 1 day. I called Jasper and spoke with Travis. He came out and gave me an estimate. Before I knew it, his crew was at my house and yes, within 1 day my new roof was installed! They arrived before dawn ready to work! Truly amazing! Jasper put our new roof on last week. Dan Earl handled everything for us. After the hurricane I was told by my insurance that I did not need a new roof. After having it inspected by Dan, he contacted my insurance company for me and got it approved. The whole process was very smooth. I will refer Dan and Jasper to anyone who is looking for a new roof.

DO NOT USE!!!! Yes they can get you a new roof through insurance. But other quality roofing companies can too. You will find yourself having to get a new one again because the workmanship is crap. We have now have had two leaks from our brand new roof they installed. They will not fix! The warranty is a scam. Need more info. I would be happy to share!

There is this knock on my door and I don't usually go to the door, but this time I am So happy that I did. There stands Enrique in his Jasper uniform, (looking sharp I might add), and he starts with a pleasant introduction and begins telling me about his company... Avoid this company. Salesman came to my home to give me free quote. Told me about how the insurance company would pay and that I only had to pay deductible. When I told him I was going to pay cash, he said he needed to talk with his supervisor. Then advised me they only did insurance work and would not even look at roof for estimate. What a scam! If really a reputable company, why would they not take cash. Missed a bullet on this one, glad it did not work out. Would advise everybody avoid like the plague!

These people have come to my house over 5 times, telling me about a law In florida for roof replacement (and they could not cite the law - Its statute 611.1.1 in case that helps you guys, and it was misrepresented in how it was explained to me) and coaching me on what to say when/if an insurance adjuster comes out. Fraudulent, and the next time they step foot on my property I'll be calling the police for trespassing.

They get a 1 star only because there isn't an opportunity for negative stars. Stopped at the house to tell me about insurance covering the damage to my roof. Told them I had already talked to insurance and they would not replace roof, just shingles, due to the age of the roof. He told me he could get it replaced if I signed a contract to let them do the work AND he was with me when I talked to insurance. When I told him I needed time to lol the contract over, he did leave but has been back several times along with almost daily Jasper salespeople stopping and knocking on my door. This company

Roofers have now arrived to repair the leaking roof that Jasper Roofing refused to repair after their original new roof installation. They refused to honor the new roof warrantee.
We had a major leak. The leak was coming from the area around the chimney. When the roof area was examined it was discovered the area around the chimney was not finished and the examiner was able to put his hand and arm down the side of the chimney below the shingle line.

The response from Japser is misleading. If they would spend as much time helping customers as they do responding to complaints, I would not have to write this.
We had two issues with this company. 1 was the transfer of warranty that their previous employee communicated to the previous owner and myself would happen. This employee has since left the company. This company wants to make a fast buck and get out. The insurance agreed to replace HVAC flashings. This company, with their sleazy sales rep Ryan at the very last minute refused to do so. I had to pay another roofer to do this....Pay another roofer to fix their incompetence??? They even put the wrong color roofing in two areas because they ran out and tried to get away with it. They eventually replaced after haggling. You shouldn't have to haggle for wrong color roof. I don't know how many corners they cut to save money and get in and out. I don't trust anything they say or do

Jasper roofing constantly sends unlicensed solicitors into our community. They post signs in yards (even in homes that are not under contract with them), despite having been told repeatedly that signs are not allowed per our deed restrictions. The Pasco County Sheriff's office has been called on them numerous times. If your roof has been damaged, contact your insurance company and work with them to get your roof repaired. Do not hire unlicensed solicitors.
