Turn Key installed a new roof (complete tear off) for us 8 years ago. The roof on the main part of the house still looks brand new, so of course I am happy with that. Shown in the bottom of the pic is a "flat" roof that was also replaced at the time. Turn Key added some framing to that roof to add a few degrees of slope prior to putting the shingles on. They made it clear a flat roof could not be guaranteed/warrantied like the rest of the roof.

Turnkey came out and fixed my roof! They provided better quality and value than I could’ve ever imagined! My old roof was falling apart and the estimates from other companies were sky high. Turnkey gave a lower price and a lifetime warranty (although with the work they did I doubt I’ll ever need it.) I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any kind of work on their home! Special shout out to Terry Lyon and Rob Blake who made sure I was taken care of throughout this entire process!
