I was having problems with my previous Pest Control company. Then Pointe Pest Control came to my rescue! Brandi immediately answered the phone and listened to my needs. She then transferred me to Rob who set up my service and communicated promptly with prices and service appointments. Great, fast service and very honest company. I suspected we had bed bugs so we had one of their inspectors come out. We were actually leaving for a trip when I started suspecting and the inspector was able to do the visit when we were still gone, which was very convenient. They sent someone out there the next day and he communicated to me via my cellphone which was great and made sure to lock up my house. It turned out we didn't have bed bugs and I really appreciated his honesty - I think a lot of pest control companies would have lied and said we did just to get more money. The inspection

I had the good fortune to have Ben service my home. The original concern was ants but he inspected everything inside and out and discovered some wasps and spiders along the way. All of these were addressed on the first visit.
I believe Ben was very thorough both inside and outside. At the end we had a review of everything he had done, things to expect over the next few weeks, what I can be doing for myself, And what I should keep an eye out for.

Strongly recommend not this company. I've had two other pest control companies in the past. This one by far takes the cake. Receptionist is the worst. Customer service is not her first thought. Even with me making a complaint about the front desk to a manager same approach.
They don't accommodate schedules. After signing up they tried coming two months after the initial service for their quarterly. And that's with me already having them come out twice for bugs. Then they wanted to wait for the quarterly. Constantly having to have them come out to do a respray for bugs.

A few days ago Steven called me following up on an inquiry I submitted on their website. Throughout the conversation he estimated that pest control price would be $150 for a one time visit/initial but if I decide to do a season contract/agreement it's $99 for every visit.
NEVER did I ask or did he mention $99 as a discounted price. Steven told me to be on the look out for an email with the options He provided on the call. Then, once I've decided to respond or cal back to schedule the service. The date We discussed was August 1st.

My apartment neighbor had an infestation that my landlord at homeland realty didnt take care of for months and eventually bedbugs made it into my home. I had a heat treatment done in february and it is now june and I've noticed a few more bedbugs. I am giving 1 star because the heat treatment must not have been 100% effective and now my landlord is threatening to have me pay for any after treatments saying I caused it was already a problem prior to me moving in. Patricia and Chad were out today to do our pest control appointment. Excellent customer service and professionalism! I can't recommend these folks enough. I've been using them for over 3 years now - both when I lived in CDA and now in Spokane Valley. I have the worst bug phobia and with Pointe in charge of this - I can rest easy as I see almost zero spiders ants, etc. They even reset all my glue traps in the garage for me! That's great service in my opinion. Thanks very much and I will be using them as long as I'm living in Eastern WA or N Idaho.

We hired Pointe Pest for yellow jacket and mice control. They were quick and professional in initiating service and told me to phone them if we had any issues between their scheduled monthly service dates. We recently discovered a mouse in our backup snap trap. I have called twice and was told that someone would call me back. Sadly, no one has returned my call. I have been waiting now for three weeks.
It took a few visits but for the first time since 1998, we have been mouse free! Thanks Pointe Pest!

I have never had a problem at out house in North Spokane. The come out and do a great job every time. In Fact I scheduled them to come 1/18/2020 and do the inside and outside. He showed up, was super friendly did a great job. Been using them for 7 months now. A little pricey but they have to make a living and i'm ok with the convenience and piece of mind.

For a service I have never use they sure like to prowl vehicles.
When The gentleman is posting window tag, it like he was scope everything out look like he was going to Break into my vehicle.
Business for them must be very slow if they have a person driving around posting window tags on all vehicles that makes Them look desperate Business.

Both of the technicians I've used so far from the Spokane area- Dave and Forrest - have been very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. I started using their service around August 1st for German cockroaches and they where available within days. Within a week it was very noticeable that the solution was working. A month and a half later and we have no cockroaches, no spiders, and no ants! Will continue to use their service as well as recommend.

The tech that came out to service the row of apartments used the giant hose that is powered by the work truck to spray (I think talstar and something else) around doors and windows and eves, he drenched our door so much that the poison was coming into the house, he didn't even look to see if windows were open, sprayed in our house and others in the row. No concern and no safety. 1. Is talstar rated to be sprayed inside?
2. Do u use a power hose to apply pesticides that are labeled for outside to spray into doors and windows that are open? Isn't the backpack

I had Michael from Tri-Cities a few weeks ago and he was very professional and thorough. Watch out Brandi ! This guy is good. The perimeter he established around the house, with multiple defensive rings, very cool. Ever since I have used you guys, I have never had bugs inside the house. You are trustworthy and reliable, always calling before arrival. The other #@%&(^!' company I used to use actually came out and claimed they did their job, no call in advance, no bill on the door, no dead bugs, nothing! I would never recommend this company and do not give them credit card information. They will not return calls bill you for coming out when they don't. Initial treatment was fine but the failed to show up and still charged me. Total scam. Stephen will not return calls and I have wasted hours diputing with the bank. Truly terrible company zero stars.

I have had their salesmen knock all the time on my door several times (3 in 8 days) after repeated times to deny any service. Then the last time the sales man tried to open the front door before even ringing the door bell and held the screen door in a manner that tried to push and prevent me from saying NO. If this is what sales are doing I could just see on how a contract would be like from them! I have called the management office to have them stop but I cannot get to the "sales manager" to stop harassing me.

Everything started out great with this company, they came out right away, the techs seemed knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and they were punctual and friendly. That, however, is where the positives end.
While the techs we're leaving they told me it would take approximately 2-3 weeks to see a marked improvement because of the way their formula works. I understood and was fine with the resolution, so began my wait. After 4 weeks there was zero improvement on my issue.

I cannot believe that I paid these people for a service for 3 years to find out that never did anything to get rid of the mice or spiders. The last time they were scheduled to service my home the rep flat out lied. I know because I was home. He left a card on my poarch saying he treated my home. He did not. He did not call. He did not even knock on the door. I took out my trash and I found the card. Then after telling Pointe what he did, they asked to reschedule. I had already lost a whole day waiting for the rep.
