Harney Rock & Paving Co. was established in 1977 in Burns, Oregon. Our first project was crushing rock for U. S. Forest Service projects. We operate the only asphalt paving plant in Harney County. Today, we supply crushed rock, ready mixed concrete and hot mixed asphalt to eastern Oregon region. In the early 1980's we moved our rock crusher to Elko, Nevada to crush railroad ballast for Western Pacific Railroad and the "Life Saver" project.
