Using Waste Oil Boilers to heat your agricutural and commercial structures will significantly reduce or even eliminate heating costs. Waste oil boilers can be fueled with used oils such as used vegetable oils, recycled oil, used motor oils, used transmission fluids or used hydraulic oils. AgSolutions products use the latest technology in burning liquid alternative fuels of multiple viscosity's.
A WaterStove is a furnace (using wood, coal and/or liquid fuels)that heats a water reservoir (1350 to 1850 gallons) up to 210 degrees (almost boiling). This hot water is stored in the reservoir until a thermostat signals a pump to send the hot water to heat transfer devices (radiators, baseboards, forced air, hydronic floor heat, etc.) to heat the air and domestic hot water in homes or businesses.
Waste oil burners have been used to heat air, heat the water in boilers and heat the water in waterstoves for over 40 years. In that time they have evolved to become highly efficient, versitile and environmentally friendly. Today's waste oil burners can burn used oils such as used vegetable oils, recycled oil, used motor oils, used transmission fluids or used hydraulic oils.
Hydronics is the name for the use of water as the heat-transfer medium in heating systems. An old example of hydronics would be steam and hot-water radiators fed from a big boiler in the basement. Today highly efficient WaterStoves and small boilers will feed hot water to a large variety of sophisticated heat transfer devices.
Proper insulation of pipes and conduits are essential in the efficient transfer of heated liquids. Some of the old school insulation techniques can reduce a system's effectiveness by 50% or more. We know the best Insulation methods for virtually every situation. Our expert advice is at your disposal.
