We have laminators which are capable of laminating a variety of foils, vinyl, adhesives and other facings to boards, blankets and sheets of fiberglass, mineral wool, polyester, foam and even ceramics. Our laminating process has proven to provide a sure bond between substrates with a smooth finish. These materials are used in many applications such as ranges, dishwashers, speakers, transportation equipment, noise enclosures, etc.
Fabricating Services, Inc. is the leading manufacturer of insulated sound covers used extensively in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry to control compressor noise. Our covers have been tested to achieve results up to a 12.5dBA sound power reduction in suppressing unwanted compressor noise.

This sound-reducing flexible acoustical composite insulation is used to manufacture our DuraCoustic sound blanket compressor covers. It consists of a specially formulated very limp embossed reinforced barrier bonded to a specific 0.5 thick de-coupler. This unique material provides excellent sound reduction performance throughout the frequency range at an economical price.
