They have a nice facility. Not impressed with the customer service. They scheduled delivery for 6 pm Sunday evening. They didn't show nor call and being after hours we couldn't get a hold of anyone. Pretty much ruined my day. They did show up the next day but not till after we contacted them again. We thought the wood would show up on a wrapped pallet which is how they display the wood but it arrived in a dump truck so we then had to move and stack it. That's fine but would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have planned accordingly. The wood is very Burnaby and we are happy with

They handled our rental revamp very well and we are extremely pleased. It included a new deck, fence, patio, and new sod. Jake changed our downspout layout to remove clutter from the deck area. Added a fire pit that hooked into our gas line for the BBQ. Installed a cedar bench into the deck with storage underneath. Even made a clever lock on the gate so our tenants child can't escape the gate into the street.
Our bid was lower than most others. Jake was exactly the artist builder we were looking for. The crew was very attentive. And the final product is amazing.
Now we can't wait to retire back

From our part Dreamscapes was great to work with and Jake was excellent with our project. We opted not to pay an architect so Jake ended up designing it as it went. Our initial vision of needing a wall and wanting usable space really bloomed into more of an oasis for us. We jumped above our projected budget by 100% but we made that choice and we are happy where we ended up.
