Our house had a flood so the floors needed to be replaced. it was an insurance job under our USAA policy. USAA took care of us immediately and this company was the one selected to do the work. we were told that they had to pack up our belongings and our furniture to take it to storage so they could replace the flooring. we were told it would take 3 to 4 weeks. 14 weeks later we have not received all of our furniture back. what they did return was damaged. my antique 1890 dining set they returned only 2 chairs one the arms of the chair was broken completely off the other one the wood was chipped

Negative -0 this company is the worst company out there for doing the home restorations after a flood and doing repairs on your home I was told by them that my home was too small and it would take a while to get my flood damage floors fixed in my kitchen laundry room bathrooms and closet I was told that my house was not enough money for them to make offer so would have to be on the back burner when I finally got around to doing the floors they did a crappy job of putting the floors in they damage the floorboards the floors were scratched and damaged And the appliances were not put in properly and

I cannot say enough good things about CRBR! Our upstairs bathroom got a leak and they took care of everything from the drying to remodeling! Matt walked me through every step of the way and he was easy to communicate with! He would text me updates and dealt with my insurance so I didn't have to! He was always around to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions :) Thank you Matt! Chase did a phenomenal job drying up the water and getting our home ready to be remodeled. He took his time and explained every detail along the way! We were blown away by the work they did! Our home

This company did a water damage tear out of flooring . The disgusting mess they left was uncalled for. They tore the subflooring out uneven, tore off cabinet facing, and tossed it, never pulled any of the staples from floor, just smashed them down with a hammer. They put cardboard boxes down on the floor for the customer to walk on and trip on. Pure laziness, and neglect. I would never recommend this company.

AFTER EVERYTHING I WENT THROUGH WITH THEM, THEY SUED ME. YES THAT'S RIGHT! I TRIED TO EXPLAIN FOR OVER A YEAR THAT DUE TO THE UNETHICAL AND UNDER INDUSTRY STANDARDS JOB, LEAVING A SOAKED FLOOR OF MOLD IN MY HOUSE THAT I DID NOT THINK I SHOULD BE OBLIGATED TO PAY THEM THE INITIAL AMOUNT, THEY HAD DEMANDED TO START THE JOB AND ALL THAT WENT DOWN...INSTEAD OF BEING AN ETHICAL COMPANY THEY SUED ME. YES THEY LOST BECAUSE THEY WERE IN THE WRONG, BUT THEY PUT ME THROUGH HELL FOR YEARS.

I'm an Engineer at a big hotel in Lake Tahoe. We called CRBR and within an hour they were there to save the day. Very knowledgeable staff, the work was done quick and right the first time. We've tried the other companies, CRBR is the best in town! Couldn't ask for more, definitely gonna call CRBR anytime we need them. Thank you for everything you did!

Cleanrite-Buildrite has been the best company I have ever worked with. I recently had a lot of water damage in my home and it's been an absolute nightmare, if it wasn't for these guys, I would have lost it. Every single member of the company that I met was phenomenal, amazingly friendly, and wanted to help in any way possible, doing anything from attempting to fix random things that they noticed, making my home look nicer than it was BEFORE the damage occurred, to even giving me tips for my house. Scott, Andrew and Braden (I hope I spelled that right) were all a pleasure to work with
