Sun Master really does provide excellent customer service as mentioned in their website. Zach was quick to respond to my concerns. He was professional, friendly, easy to communicate with, and demonstrated a caring attitude. He thoroughly inspected my masonry fence, took ownership where the workmanship was poor and provided a solution. Additionally, he took pride in providing a quality final product Most importantly, I found Zach to be honest, trustworthy, and a man of character and integrity. I am extremely pleased that excellent customer service is still obtainable.
